Welcome to beautiful Imperial Point Colonnades!
Imperial Point Colonnades is nestled in the northeast corner of Fort Lauderdale, just two blocks west of Federal Highway (US 1) in the prestigious community of Imperial Point. Just minutes from the ocean, IPC is conveniently located near shopping, banks, restaurants, hospitals, houses of worship, theaters, golf courses, schools and many other recreational facilities. IPC’s handsomely designed architecture and luxuriously landscaped grounds make our community a truly desirable place to live.
IPC was constructed during the late 1960’s to early 1970’s. The property, 552 units in all, is comprised of 23 residential buildings. Common areas include: a beautifully landscaped garden/fountain area with twin stainless steel BBQ’s and over-sized picnic tables for outdoor dining.
