After Hour Emergencies:
A. Fire- Call 911
B. Gushing Water/Leaks - Call  954-427-8870 - Explain the nature of the emergency to the "After Hours" operator. They will immediately contact the Association Employee "On Call".

After Hours Assistance: Should any Unit Owner or Resident Lessee require after- hours assistance by Association Maintenance Personnel, such assistance will be charged to the Unit Owner or Resident Lessee based on 1.5 times the employee's rate of pay.

Lock Outs: In the even that a Unit Owner or Resident-Lessee is locked out of the unit, the use of the "Association key" is available ONLY during regular office hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
NOTE: BEING LOCKED OUT OF YOUR UNIT, DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EMERGENCY. COSTS FOR AFTER HOURS,   NON-EMERGENCY SERVICES WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE UNIT OWNER.
